Orals presentations

The slot time for oral presentations is 30 minutes including questions and discussions so talks should not exceed 27 min. Each speaker must ensure that their presentation (including time for questions) is not longer than stipulated in the program. The chairpersons will be strict on timing.

Lectures must be presented in English.

All speakers should upload their presentation file to the FileSender upload link (provided by email), preferably on the half day before the start of each session, for the presentation to be transferred to the computer in the session room.

PowerPoint projection will be available in the session rooms which are equipped with a computer and a projector. All the hardware will be provided to ensure consistency in technical quality and allow for quick and smooth transition between the speakers.

Presentation's Privacy: at the end of the conference, ALL presentations and associated files will be deleted, unless other arrangements are agreed upon, individually.

Posters presentations

General information

Each poster must be in the size of 0.85 m in width and 1.2 m in height (A0, portrait).
The author’s name and affiliation and the title of the paper must be indicated in the top section of the poster.

The posters will be presented and numbered according to the poster programme. The poster number will be displayed on top of the board. Writing or painting on the poster board is not allowed.

Sessions
All posters will be displayed during all the conference days (from Monday until Thursday). However, focus will be made with three poster sessions on:

• Session I  in the exhibition area / Monday 27 April, from 6 pm  until  8 pm.
• Session II  in the exhibition area / Tuesday 28 April, from 12:30 pm  until  2:30 pm.
• Session III in the exhibition area / Wednesday 29 April, from 12:30 pm until 2:30 pm.

Presenters are expected to be next to their poster during the session (P1 or P2) from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.

Poster presenters should also prepare a 3 min presentation. Flash presentation sessions will be held Monday 4:30 pm, Tuesday 12 pm, Wednesday 12 pm. Flash presentations should be uploaded to the link sent by email on the half day before the presentation.
 

Installation

Posters should be mounted from Monday April 27^th 2026 at 6 pm and should be removed by 12 pm on Thursday April 30^th 2026.
